Set in 200 acres of private North Yorkshire countryside, you are spoilt for choice with beautiful locations when planning your Middleton Lodge wedding. You can choose between the Georgian main house with its sweeping staircase and garden marquee, or, my personal favourite, the two acre Walled Gardens with Fig House. This is where Nicole and Dan chose to celebrate their day, and they had the most special wedding in the October sunshine.
The Fig House is a spectacular space which brings the outside in. The large floor to ceiling doors overlook the beautiful gardens, flooding the space with light. The gardens themselves are beautiful whatever the season and a photographer's dream.
Ceremonies are held in The Boiler House Bar, or, weather allowing on the terrace and lawn in the Walled Gardens, both of which are stunning options. Nicole and Dan opted to have their ceremony outdoors to make the most of the beautiful October sunshine that filled their Autumn wedding.
The estate to plate philosophy at Middleton Lodge, means you will be treated to exceptional canapés and the most delicious wedding breakfast, using only the freshest ingredients. You and your guests can also enjoy a handpicked drinks menu, with mixologists curating a range of cocktails using fresh fruit and herbs from the Kitchen Garden.
